This year students at Bancroft Elementary School contributed bowls to the Kennett Area Community Services’ Empty Bowl fundraiser held to feed the hungry and stock our local Kennett Food Cupboard with food. The boys and girls had fun helping to glaze the 10 clay bowls made by the school’s art teacher, Ms. Janice Finn. All donated bowls were handed out to attendees of the Empty Bowl fundraiser.
