Recently, students participated in “Jump Rope for Heart” during all physical education classes to raise awareness and funds to fight heart disease and stroke. Our Bancroft Elementary School community came together to raise a grand total of $10,037.15! Students showed their support by wearing red or pink while rotating through fun jumping activities. After the stations, students snacked on fruit donated by our fabulous PTO. Students were encouraged to keep eating healthy and giving their heart a workout to ensure they stay heart disease-free.
